When can I expect my delivery?

Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Subsequently, our in-house delivery agent will reach out to you to coordinate the delivery.

 

How can I make changes to my order?

To make changes to your order, kindly ensure adjustments are requested a minimum of 48 hours before the designated delivery time. For any modifications, please WhatsApp us at +65 89331587 or via email at support@culinorypet.com.

Given the use of fresh ingredients, Culinory Pet maintains the prerogative to decline any requested amendments to orders.

Please note that custom-made requests are not subject to alterations once the order has been confirmed.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

If the need arises to cancel an order, we kindly request that cancellations be made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the full payment being charged.

 

What happens in the event of a delivery failure?

Should a delivery fail due to reasons such as customer absence, payment problems, or sudden cancellation or rescheduling on the delivery day, a supplementary fee of S$15.00 will be applied for any subsequent delivery. Re-scheduling is essential within a 2-day window to maintain the freshness of the food.
